ProRx reviews 2026: prices, FDA warning letters and how it compares
“ProRx reviews” is one of the searches that brings people to this site, usually from someone comparing compounded tirzepatide prices. ProRx is not a telehealth company you sign up with directly. It is a 503B outsourcing facility in Exton, Pennsylvania, and patients mostly reach it as the “ProRx Program” inside Fifty 410, a telehealth service. This review covers what ProRx is, what its programs cost, and what FDA’s record says, as of October 16, 2026. We also cover two other names people search alongside it: PrescribedRx and ProsperX Labs.
What ProRx is
ProRx LLC (619 Jeffers Circle, Exton, PA) first registered with FDA as a 503B outsourcing facility on April 27, 2022 and most recently on February 20, 2026. A 503B facility makes compounded drugs in batches under federal manufacturing rules and is inspected by FDA. That is different from a 503A pharmacy, which compounds for individual prescriptions under state oversight. Our 503A vs 503B guide explains the difference.

The page says the programs are “no-contract” and charged only after approval, with Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm accepted. We found no ProRx semaglutide price.
ProRx prices from Fifty 410’s pricing page dated December 16, 2025; NexLife read October 14, 2026. ProRx programs are paid up front with all medication shipped at once.

ProRx’s FDA record
| Date | Event | What it says |
|---|---|---|
| Aug 2, 2024 | FDA Form 483 | Issued after a July 15 – August 2, 2024 inspection; ProRx stopped sterile production on August 7 |
| Aug 22, 2024 | Voluntary recall | Sterile products, “due to lack of sterility assurance” |
| Dec 20, 2024 | Warning letter 696742 | Amended March 4, 2025 (FDA says the December date stands). Cites a bulk drug substance from an unregistered establishment and no environmental monitoring in the ISO 5 area |
| Sept 19, 2025 | FDA Form 483 | After a September 9–19, 2025 inspection (amended October 10, 2025) |
| Oct 15, 2025 | Voluntary recall | A tirzepatide 27 mg/3 mL lot and semaglutide multidose vials; the semaglutide recall (more than 36,000 vials) was classed Class II on October 27, 2025 |
| Feb 20, 2026 | FDA 503B registration | Most recent registration as an outsourcing facility (first registered April 27, 2022) |
| Apr 7, 2026 | Warning letter 723704 | “tirzepatide does not appear on the 503B bulks list”; also cites insanitary conditions, CGMP, labeling and adverse-event reporting failures |
The April 7, 2026 warning letter matters most for patients. FDA wrote that “tirzepatide does not appear on the 503B bulks list,” so tirzepatide made by a 503B facility from bulk drug substance does not qualify for the 503B exemptions. FDA also proposed on April 30, 2026 to keep semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide off that list; the proposal was not final on October 14, 2026. If your tirzepatide comes from ProRx, ask your prescriber what the letter means for your supply.
What customers say
We found no Trustpilot or BBB profile for ProRx itself. Fifty 410, the telehealth service that sells the ProRx Program, showed 4.8 out of 5 from about 6,100–6,400 Trustpilot reviews on October 16, 2026 (counts differ between Trustpilot’s country pages). Those reviews rate Fifty 410’s service, not the pharmacy’s product or FDA compliance.
PrescribedRx and ProsperX Labs
PrescribedRx describes itself as “a patient management and marketing platform” that “does not dispense medications”. One offer page lists compounded semaglutide at $140 a month billed $420 every 10 weeks and tirzepatide at $199 a month billed $597 every 10 weeks; other pages show different prices. It requires a licensed provider review and does not name its pharmacy. We found no FDA warning letter.
ProsperX Labs (Prosper Labs) is not a telehealth program. Its pages say its products are “for laboratory research use only” and “not for human consumption”, and no prescription is required. One listing, “P-GLP3”, has a web address that refers to retatrutide, which FDA says cannot be used in compounding. FDA sent warning letters to five “research use only” peptide sellers on August 24, 2026; see our research peptides explainer.
How ProRx compares
ProRx’s six-month programs work out to $133–$166 a month, but you pay $799–$999 at once. NexLife, our top-rated provider, charges $139 a month on a 12-month plan billed monthly ($169 month to month), the same at every dose, and names three state-licensed compounding pharmacies on its plan pages. Collective lists tirzepatide at $69 a month plus a $199 yearly membership. Compare every program on our cheapest compounded tirzepatide page.
